Mark Miller’s practice of law concentrates on personal injury and civil litigation.  He represents persons injured in negligence cases: motor vehicle accidents, those involving automobiles, trucks, and motorcycles. He represents persons injured through no fault of their own in slip-and-fall cases and other accidental injuries.  He also represents persons in litigation involving estates and probate matters.

       Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Miller served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable William D. Missouri, the Chief Judge and the Administrative Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit for the State of Maryland. The Seventh Judicial Circuit includes Prince George’s County, Charles County, Calvert County and St. Mary’s County.

       Mark Miller is admitted to practice law in all Maryland state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.  He practices primarily in Prince George’s County, Calvert County, Charles County, Montgomery County, St. Mary’s County and Anne Arundel County, Maryland.  He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Prince George’s County Bar Association, the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association.

       Mark Miller received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Towson University. He is a graduate of Bishop McNamara High School in Forestville, Maryland.
