By the time Mark C. Miller had reached the age of 35, he had established an exceptional track record as a trial attorney. These accomplishments include an $11.2 Million jury verdict in a consumer protection case for an elderly victim of egregious fraud. This monumental verdict came on the heels of a $10 Million recovery obtained for a young girl who suffered brain damage as a result of a bus accident. A trial lawyer at heart, Mark has proven that he is willing to stand up and litigate against anyone in pursuit of the justice his clients deserve.

A Prince George’s County native, Mark was born and raised in Upper Marlboro – only a few miles from the Courthouse where he now litigates most of his cases. He attended Bishop McNamara High School in Forestville, Maryland, and is a proud Mustang alum. After graduating from the University of Baltimore, School of Law, Mark returned to his hometown to serve as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William D. Missouri, Chief Judge and Administrative Judge of Prince George’s County and Seventh Judicial Circuit for the State of Maryland.

Currently, Mark concentrates his time and efforts on assisting personal injury victims in cases involving negligence, truck and auto accidents, wrongful death, brain injuries, medical malpractice. Mark also handles consumer protection cases and insurance disputes. If you have any questions or concerns, he is always willing to listen to you and give you an honest, straightforward assessment about your case.
